1 large zucchini, unpeeled and cut into large sticks
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1⁄3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, optional
- Preheat barbecue to medium-high. Brush zucchini sticks with vegetable oil, sprinkle with Vegetable Seasoning and season with Sea Salt and Pepper.
- Barbecue until slightly tender and grill marked. Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese before serving, if desired.
