1 large broccoli, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp white wine
1⁄4 cup butter
- Cook broccoli in boiling salted water for 4 minutes or until tender crisp. Drain and set aside.
- Combine remaining ingredients and heat until butter is melted. Drizzle over broccoli and serve. Delicious with chicken or fish.
